The elections committee is holding a meet’n’greet board information session this Saturday Feb 16, 2025 from 2 to 4 pm.  A drop in for anyone who wants to give it some thought about serving on the board.

The deadline for nominations is Tuesday Feb 18^th by 5 pm

There will be Advance Polling by Election Runner and then those that don’t vote in the advance poll can vote via secret ballot at the AGM.

The AGM is on Tuesday February 25, 2025 at 7 pm in the common room. Members may also join by Zoom.
