Our office recently put out an election runner asking for your input about unit inspections and how you would prefer them to be completed. As we did not receive many responses back, we are sending out a second request with some modifications to how we are requesting your input. We would ask that you select an option below prior to October 15th at 4pm. Once you have selected your option, please click on submit button and your choice will be automatically sent to the Aile Nord Office.
How do you want the next annual inspections to be completed?
Chose 1 option:
Hire an outside company to complete the annual inspections of all units.Have another co-op's members complete the inspection of all Aile Nord units.Have Aile Nord's own inspection committee members complete the inspection of all units.Pay additional fees to management and Rob's Maintenance to complete the inspections of all units.
